My sister Erin and I went to Europe in 2012 to celebrate our 30th birthdays. We started in Berlin and stayed with our friends Anda and Pete, whom we knew from America. Pete was just getting started as a tattoo artist in Berlin and offered to give us tattoos of our choice. After a few hours of discussing an array of interesting options, we landed on mayonnaise jars. It is by far the tattoo that gets the most reactions from people – both good and bad. Cheers to late-night brilliant ideas!
