In 2017, the American contemporary artist, activist and founder of OBEY Clothing, Shepard Fairey, collaborated with Shelley Callahan to create an original artwork based on photography Shelley had taken while traveling to Ethiopia with her work with Children Incorporated. Through this partnership with Fairey’s philanthropic program, Obey Awareness, Obey sold t-shirts with the artist’s image to raise funds for Children Incorporated.
